Di Bella Coffee is Australia’s second largest supplier and roaster of the finest specialty coffee, producing over 3400 tonnes of coffee per year. Partnering with over 3000 customers in 37 countries and expanding, the company proudly serves over 150 million cups of coffee annually! Elevate was engaged to assist the company during this merger to ensure all key internal and external stakeholders were appraised of all branding issues and to protect key accounts from this potential disruption. This work included internal and external stakeholder engagement, brand messaging and, due to the successful rollout of this activity, the retainer was significantly expanded to encompass a full range of traditional, digital, ambassador and influencer activity Di Bella coffee’s communication strategy now encompasses the following:
