Overview

Greater Outcomes is a highly innovative incubator of social enterprise start-ups in Queensland and, in early 2018, they requested a user-friendly marketing and communications strategy for their internal team to implement. Elevate conducted one half day discovery session and a subsequent workshop for the incubator’s cohort and we developed a comprehensive strategy within a very tight time-frame, which was very well received requiring no changes from the Greater Outcomes team. The Marketing Manager confirmed that the strategy was exactly what she needed to roll out communications to all stakeholders across all channels. Additionally, Elevate stress-tested assumptions, messaging and pitches to ensure that these activities resonated with desired audiences and redrafted pitch decks and other collateral to ensure greater engagement with key and potential stakeholders.

 

The overarching strategy informed the Greater Outcomes team of the key communication messages for each stakeholder group and the channels in which to communicate with them. It also provided estimated costs for each tactic and templates for social media posts, media releases, interview questions for participants, and much more. This campaign was so successful that Greater Outcomes is now recommending Elevate for all engagement and public relation strategies with its incubator companies.b
