For 50 years, family-owned company TriCare has provided residential aged care, supportedliving and independent retirementliving options for older Australians. TriCare engaged Elevate to promote its retirement living options, aged care services, and brand through the means of a digital strategy.

Elevate employed social media and digital advertising tactics to increase brand awareness, as well as to promote a series of Open Day activations held by TriCare. TriCare’s digital program includes: • Managing the TriCare Facebook page, which includes customer engagement, and monitoring and responding to comments

• Generated an 830% increase in paid and organic impressions over an initial two month period

• Achieved 96% increase in Facebook engagement over an initial two month period

• Achieved 4.2% increase in Facebook following over an initial two month period

• Promoted three Open Day events throughout Brisbane and generated leads at each event
